Gov. Schwarzenegger Issues Statement on U.S. Supreme Court Ruling Upholding Lethal Injection
By Politicker StaffGovernor Arnold Schwarzenegger today issued the following statement on the United States Supreme Court ruling, which settles an important issue regarding the constitutionality of the lethal injection protocol:
"Today's U.S. Supreme Court decision supports California's lethal injection protocol and allows our case to move forward. I will continue to defend the death penalty and the will of the people, and I am confident that California's lethal injection protocol will be upheld."
