Yes on Prop. 4 campaign 'cautiously optimistic'

The Yes on Proposition 4 campaign is "cautiously optimistic" about tonight's results, according to campaign spokeswoman Grace Dulaney.

"We don't know anything yet, but we're cautiously optimistic," Delaney said. "We did our best. Of course, you always think you could have done more."

Delaney was confident they reached enough undecided voters to ensure that Prop. 4 will pass.

"We feel like we reached out to the voters that really mattered in terms of undecided and swing voters," Delaney said. "We reached a lot of Latinos. We're feeling positive about how they're polling up in the 60 percentile range."

Prop. 4 would require parents to be notified before a minor has an abortion.
