No fun at Arnold & Maria's

Easter Dinner must not have been very warm and peaceful at California Governor Arnold Schwarzennegger’s home. The Guv fired his brother-in-law, Santa Monica City Councilman Bobby Shriver from the California Parks Commission. Shriver, brother of the governer’s wife was Arnold’s buddy in their single days and, in fact, Bobby introduced Arnold to First Lady Maria Shriver.

The first brother-in-law voted against a toll road in traffic clogged Orange County that was proposed to run through a State Park and along the Coast. Shriver, a well-known environmentalist has also been running around the world with best pal Bono, fighting for funds to combat AIDS in Africa. He is also the co-founder of Project (Red) to support their efforts.

Arnold also fired another well known person on the board for casting the same vote.. Clint Eastwood.

I guess Clint didn’t “make the Governor’s Day”...but...will he be back?
